Funny enough my career in quality management began with a CB when I was 17 years old and they were looking to digitalize. There I quickly discovered a mentor and my passion for the standards was born. I was introduced to the vast world of certification with its intricacies and gaps.
Over the years, I specialized in ISO implementation and certification, working embedded into organizations across multiple industries. From ISO 9001 quality systems to ISO 27001 information security, I've guided companies through successful certification processes. Each project taught me that successful implementation isn't about checking boxes, it's about building sustainable systems that genuinely improve operations.
Today, I work as a compliance engineer, helping an organization navigate the complexities of ISO compliance. My approach emphasizes practical implementation, staff engagement, and building quality cultures that extend beyond certification.
